As Chief Executive Officer, Rahul Shah defines the strategic vision for Next Quarter, setting and monitoring the execution of the overall strategy for the company. In this role, Rahul channels his drive and passion into effective methods for helping companies achieve predictable revenue growth.

Rahul brings more than 20 years of experience as a CFO and COO to Next Quarter, with an extensive financial planning, sales analytics, and operational management background. Before heading up Next Quarter, he created a Center of Excellence for Revenue Growth at CSC. Prior to that, he was CFO for the Americas region. Rahul is also a former Global Industry Verticals CFO, managing $8B+ P&L at CSC and establishing a Global COE for Revenue and Sales Analytics.

Rahul has a bachelor’s degree and a master's in commerce and holds CPA and Chartered Accountant certifications. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, cooking for his family, gardening, and playing squash.

As Chief Customer Success Officer, Daniel Sieff supports customer needs at every stage of the Next Quarter journey. Customers can count on Daniel to educate them on maximizing productivity with Next Quarter’s innovative solutions. He applies an empathetic and compassionate mindset when developing onboarding and enablement programs to help ensure success and value for the customer.

Daniel has 20 years of experience in his field. Prior to joining the Next Quarter team, he was an Executive Customer Success Manager at Citrix, mentoring powerhouse strategic clientele. Before Citrix, Daniel served as a Director of Customer Success at Salesforce, earning numerous certifications. Daniel has also held leadership positions at DXC, LivingSocial, and Sprint. As an AWS Expert Network Advisor, Daniel has worked with many startups in their early stages, helping them develop winning business strategies.

Daniel graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems for Business. Originally from London, England, he made his home in the U.S. more than 15 years ago. He now serves as a liaison between the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department and county leaders, previously working as an EMT for the department. Daniel is a husband and a father of two, an avid runner, and enjoys traveling and cheering on his favorite soccer team, Arsenal, in his free time.

Puneet Gaur is the Chief Operating Officer at Next Quarter. He’s responsible for the company’s overall operations, managing and mentoring teams to drive success, attract and retain talent, and deliver superior performance.

Puneet is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse business background stretching over 20 years in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to Next Quarter, he applied his skills in transforming Digital Management Inc’s cash-to-cash cycle, helping the company reduce dependency on short-term bank loans and improve DSO. At DXC, Puneet established Finance and Sales Ops COEs in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Mexico, saving the company approximately $30 million annually. In addition, he ran a PMO at Avaya, where his efforts reduced costs by 42 percent.

Puneet is a former board member at GGS Indraprastha University in India. He holds several degrees, including a Bachelor of Computer Applications and a Master of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Delhi University, and a Master of International Relations from Harvard. He also has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Supply Chain and a Master of Computer-Aided Management. Puneet is an avid reader with an impressive personal library containing 6,000 books. He also enjoys traveling, visiting more than 50 countries thus far. His travel exploits include climbing a volcano at 122°F and viewing the northern lights at -40°F.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, Joe Vacca is responsible for driving revenue for Next Quarter. Joe leverages his decades of experience in the field to create and implement Next Quarter's corporate strategic vision.

Joe has 30 years of experience working across sales, marketing, and operations to help companies grow their bottom line. Joe has worked with many companies to strengthen relationships, accelerate growth, and break into new industries. Joe's sales expertise extended into numerous critical business verticals, including private student loans, emerging talent, and personal information security.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Shepherd University. He followed that up with an MBA in Management from Frostburg State University. When he's not working with Next Quarter to help take the company to the next level, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and drinking high-quality whiskey and wine.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Jessica Lindberg leads all aspects of ForecastEra’s marketing efforts to advance brand recognition and drive demand. She leverages her expertise to create critical internal and external marketing strategies, robust branding initiatives, and integrated communications.

Jess has more than 17 years of marketing experience working with companies of all sizes while developing successful marketing operations through perceptive leadership. Before bringing her talents and skills to Next Quarter, Jess led marketing and communications for Dovel Technologies (now part of Guidehouse). In that role, she developed a dynamic marketing team to increase customer demand, connect 2,000 employees, and ultimately support the company’s sales to Guidehouse in 2021. Jess has also worked with executive teams at SpeakerBox Communication (now REQ), Audax Health (now Rally Health), HealthCentral (now Remedy Health Media), and Technology Advancement Group.

Jess graduated from East Carolina with a double concentration in public relations and journalism and a minor in English. Now a resident of Virginia, she's a wife and mother to two children — plus a 75-lb pup who thinks he's a lap dog. In her spare time, Jess loves to travel with her family and is an avid runner, with the marathon being her favorite distance.

As Chief Technology Officer at Next Quarter, Logan Smith manages the development and delivery of the company’s Salesforce products.

Logan has 20 years of IT experience, narrowing his professional focus to Salesforce software solutions about ten years ago. Before Next Quarter, Logan was the Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager at Huntington National Bank and oversaw the Salesforce development practice for all the bank’s business segments. Prior to that, he ran a consultancy firm called Mortar Free, working with various organizations and government entities.

Logan began attending Sinclair Community College before age 13. His aptitude and job performance there led to the college hiring him as a lab technician and tutor. Logan is an Ohio native and has lived in many U.S. states, briefly living abroad in Ireland and Mexico. He and his family are the proud owners of a hobby farm where they raise chickens and sheep. He also enjoys playing chess, swimming, hiking, and rock climbing.
