The role

We're seeking a hands-on SAP IBP professional with strong experience in Supply Planning, complex planning scenarios, IBP configuration and supply chain processes.

In this role, you will:

Work hands-on with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with a focus on Supply Planning.
Design and support solutions for complex supply planning scenarios.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
Configure and maintain IBP planning models, master data and planning processes.
Support integration between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.
Analyze supply planning challenges and develop practical solutions.
Troubleshoot planning, configuration and integration issues.
Collaborate with supply chain, business and technical stakeholders.
Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement of IBP solutions.
Contribute to improving supply planning processes and overall planning effectiveness.

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant experience in SAP IBP, supply chain planning or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning.
Proven experience working with complex supply planning scenarios.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and concepts.
Experience with SAP IBP configuration and planning models.
Experience with IBP integration and data flows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
High ownership, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

Experience across multiple SAP IBP modules or planning areas.
Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.
Experience with end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives.
Experience working in consulting, implementation or high-growth environments.
Experience supporting large or complex global supply chain operations.
